Welcome to PinPlay! These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legal agreement between you ('User,' 'you,' or 'your') and Cho & Ahn ('Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') regarding your use of the PinPlay mobile application (the 'App') and related services (collectively, the 'Service').

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PinPlay, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

By using PinPlay, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

PinPlay is a location-based mobile application that provides immersive audio tours and stories tied to specific geographic locations. The Service includes:

• Interactive maps with points of interest ('Pins')
• Downloadable audio stories and guides
• Multi-language support
• User account management and preferences

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

While some features of PinPlay may be accessible without registration, creating an account allows you to access additional features and sync your progress across devices.

When creating an account, you agree to:

You agree to use PinPlay responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You will NOT:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts

All content available within PinPlay, including audio, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Cho & Ahn or its content providers and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to: audio content, scripts, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, and software. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.

PinPlay may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party resources.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and such third parties. We encourage you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE:

PinPlay is designed to enhance your travel experience, but your safety is your responsibility. When using location-based features:

• Always remain aware of your surroundings
• Follow local laws, regulations, and safety guidelines
• Do not trespass on private property
• Use appropriate caution in traffic and crowded areas
• Be mindful of weather and environmental conditions

We are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while using our Service. Use PinPlay at your own risk.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All content will be accurate or up-to-date
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any defects or errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHO & AHN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of South Korea. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cho & Ahn regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
